2009 All-Inclusive Annual Membership Fees
Family: $440 paid in full ($36.65 monthly) Individual: $282 paid in full ($23.52 monthly)
All-Inclusive Membership includes: Fitness Area, Fitness Classes, Gymnasium, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Racquetball and Tennis Courts. In addition, annual members receive reduced rates for guests and one complimentary guest pass on the day of sign-up. Your membership also includes the use of the Chota and Kahite facilities. A 3% discount is available with payment by cash or check.

Property Owner or Guests: $7 adult ($5 child)
Weekly Passes - 5 Vist Pass - Property Owner: $30 adult (20 child) Rec. Member: $20 adult ($5 child)
Notes May only be purchased by property owners. Adults = 16 years old and up. Children = 4-15 years of age. No Fee for children age 3 and under. All children ages 12 and under MUST be with a responsible adult (at least 21 years of age) at all times. |
